Made-to-order at Ava G Knits means that each garment is created specifically for you based on your preferences and measurements. This ensures that you receive a unique, custom-made piece that is tailored to fit you perfectly. The time it takes to create your garments will depend on the complexity of the design, the availability of materials, and our current workload. Typically, the process takes between 2-4 weeks from the time of order to completion. However, please note that this timeframe may vary, and we will communicate any updates or delays with you to ensure transparency and satisfaction with your order. Our priority is to deliver high-quality, handmade garments that are worth the wait.

Ava G knitwear pieces are hand knitted which means that they require extra special care to maintain their look. We recomend hand washing your product as little as possible, only when necessary. Our recommendations for hand washing are to use a handwash detergent with warm water in a basen or sink. Then lay your garment out flat on a towel to dry.

Yes!! We can create custom sizing so it fits exactly how you would like - just write your sizing/measurements in the notes at checkout! We can also create custom colourway orders with the colours we have available. ClearPay is a flexible payment option that allows customers to make purchases from Ava G Knits and pay for them in four equal installments, due every two weeks. Here's how it works: 1. To use ClearPay, simply select it as your payment method at checkout. There is no need to create an account or go through a credit check, making it easy and convenient to use. 2. After placing your order, you will pay the first installment at the time of purchase, and the remaining three installments will be automatically deducted from your chosen payment method every two weeks. 3. If a customer misses a payment, they won’t be able to use Clearpay until their payments are up to date. Late payment fees are charged but are fixed. Customers are never forced into revolving debt.
